When the teacher is finished reading the task instructions, she will be shown the practice items that need to be administered to the child. When the practice items have been administered, she scores the practice items, taps OK and is taken to the first assessment screen. Emma looks at paper assessment materials while the teacher follows along on the handheld. To record Emma's performance, the teacher taps 1 for correct responses and 0 for incorrect responses. The system will tally the results.
